The Carlisle Theatre is a 501(c)(3) organization. A copy of the official registration and financial information for the Carlisle Regional Performing Arts Center, Inc. may be obtained from the Pennsylvania Department of State by calling toll-free within PA 800-732-0999. Registration does not imply endorsement.
A copy of the application for tax exemption, the IRS Determination Letter, and annual information return form 990 are available for public inspection at the Carlisle Theatre office.
